You can cancel your order from your profile page as long as it hasn't been shipped. For modifications, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other offline payment methods. Payment details are shared via WhatsApp after you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Absolutely. Your personal information is kept secure and we never store payment details. All communication happens through WhatsApp so you always know who you're talking to.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 days within Kerala and 5–7 days for other parts of India.

The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden shipping charges. Delivery is included in the product price.

Yes. All our fabrics are free from harmful dyes and chemicals. We specifically choose materials that are gentle on newborn skin — soft, breathable, and tested for safety.

Machine wash at 30°C with a gentle, baby-safe detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Our fabrics actually get softer with every wash.
